Frequently asked questions
Do you take insurance?
No. StrongHer MD is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, including Intermountain Health plans. You may request a superbill to submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Where are visits held?
All visits are currently virtual via telehealth. Patients join through a secure video link sent after booking.
What states do you serve?
Dr. DeSano is based in Utah and can provide telehealth care where her medical license and applicable regulations permit. Contact us to confirm availability in your state.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Many patients can use HSA/FSA funds for cash-pay telehealth visits, labs, and prescriptions. Check with your plan administrator for eligibility.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
