Meet with Dr. DeSano by video. Discuss symptoms, review history, and co-create your plan.

Order baseline labs locally or at home. Receive a written protocol within days.

Check in at 8 weeks, then as needed. Adjustments are made based on symptoms and labs.

All visits are cash-pay. We do not bill insurance. Labs, imaging, and medications are billed separately.
