These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StrongHer MD website, telehealth services, and products. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Medical services

StrongHer MD provides telehealth medical services through a licensed physician. All patients must complete an intake and consultation before any prescription or treatment plan is issued. We do not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Payments and refunds

StrongHer MD is a cash-pay practice. Payment is required at the time of booking. Deposits and fees are generally non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Please contact us to discuss rescheduling.

Telehealth consent

By booking a visit, you consent to receive care via telehealth and acknowledge that telehealth has limitations. You agree to provide accurate health information and to follow up as directed.
